*The symposium offers a student fee for undergraduate and master students. Please submit a scan of your student ID when registering to the symposium.

The registration includes:

  • Admission to the full symposium programme
  • Coffee breaks and lunches
  • Certificate of attendance


Symposium dinner:

  • Place: The restaurant at Hotel Säröhus (Symposium venue)
  • Time: 29 January at 19.00
  • Price: 785 SEK
  • The dinner includes a 3-course meal with beverages.

Accommodation

Hotel rooms have been reserved for NOBIS participants at Hotel Säröhus and Best Western Hotell Halland. Accommodation is booked on a “first come, first served” basis at both Säröhus and Hotel Halland.
You can book your accommodation through the online registration system.

Hotel Säröhus:

  • Single room: 2105 SEK (incl. 12 % VAT)
  • Double room: 3504 SEK (incl. 12 % VAT)


Best Western Hotell Halland:

  • Single room:
    • 28/1: 1425 SEK
    • 29/1: 1350 SEK
  • Double room:
    • 28/1: 1625 SEK
    • 29/1: 1550 SEK

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Payment is possible by invoice (bank transfer) or credit card (Mastercard or VISA). Upon completion of the registration, an automated e-mail confirmation will be sent. Depending on the method of payment, the invoice and/or credit card receipt will be attached. The PDF is original and will be the only copy you will receive. 

Payment is due within 7 days of the invoice date.

It is your responsibility to forward the invoice to the correct place for immediate payment, and you must ensure that the correct VAT number and invoice address are entered during the registration process. Please ensure that the payment clearly states invoice number, as we will not be able to place the payment without this information. 

VAT: The registration fees are including 25% VAT, the Symposium dinner is including 12%/25% VAT and the accommodation is including 12% VAT.
It is required by the local authorities that we charge local VAT, hence the reverse charge mechanism does not apply and it is therefore not possible for attendees, that are taxable persons in another EU country or established outside EU, to receive an invoice without local VAT. This general rule follows from article 53 & 55 of the EU VAT Directive.

Cancellation of registration and/or accommodation must be notified in writing to CAP Partner at Registration@cap-partner.eu

Cancellations dated before and on 1 December 2025 will be refunded deducting an administration cost of 350 SEK. From 2 December 2025 registration fees and/or accommodation are non-refundable. 

In case of a refund, it will be processed after the symposium. No refunds will be granted in case of no-show.

If the symposium is cancelled due to a global pandemic, the registration fee and/or accommodation will be refunded. If the symposium is cancelled due to other unforeseen events beyond the control of the organisers, the registration fee and/or accommodation will be refunded after deduction of expenses incurred by the symposium.

The Symposium Secretariat (CAP Partner) will collect and store all personal data through the online registration system, and data will be treated by organizers only for organizational purposes, particularly for matters in relation to registration, certification, as well as information about the symposium.

Each participant receives a name badge onsite carrying the family name and the first name of the participant as well as a QR code. Each participant shall consider that by accepting any scanning of the badge at any stand at the symposium, the participant gives his/her authorization to the organiser to transfer the data of the participant regarding his/her postal address and e-mail to the holder of the stand, including the authorization to use said data for marketing purposes. 

Please note that video and photos may be captured during the symposium for use in e.g. newsletters, websites, interviews, and social media. If you identify yourself in a specific picture or video after the symposium and you do not wish it to appear on the website or social media, please get in touch with us (Registration@cap-partner.eu) and we will delete the picture or recording.
